Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) form the basis of the commercial negotiation and are systematically sent or given to each buyer to enable them to place an order.

2. Prices

The prices of our services are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). RAITECH DIGITAL AGENCY reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown on the quote will be the price applicable to the service.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is made: - By bank transfer - By check - By credit card Invoices are payable within 30 days end of month, unless special conditions are negotiated and formalized in writing.

4. Performance of Services

Services are performed according to best practices and in accordance with current cybersecurity standards. Completion times are given for information only and are not guaranteed. They do not constitute a firm commitment by RAITECH DIGITAL AGENCY.

5. Warranties

RAITECH DIGITAL AGENCY guarantees that the services will be performed professionally and in accordance with best practices. The warranty covers defects in conformity and hidden defects affecting the services provided.

6. Liability

RAITECH DIGITAL AGENCY cannot be held liable for indirect damages such as loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data or any other financial loss resulting from the performance of the services.

7. Force Majeure

RAITECH DIGITAL AGENCY cannot be held liable for any delay or non-performance where the delay or non-performance is due to force majeure.

8. Termination

In the event of a serious breach by one of the parties of its obligations, the contract may be terminated automatically after formal notice has remained without effect for a period of 30 days.

9. Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
